How to Change my Customer’s Schedule (Visit Time and/or Frequency)
To change your customer's schedule, log in to your backend.
There are three places on where to edit this information:
- Bookings tab
- Recurring Items tab
- Customers tab
Changing Customer's Schedule from the Bookings tab
- Click on the schedule that you wish to change.
- You can either:
- A. Change Schedule - if you only need to change the date and/or time of the booking or
- B. Edit Recurring Item - then click on Change Schedule if you need to change the frequency of your customer's booking (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)
- Don't forget to click on Save.

- Click on the customer's name that you wish to change.
- Click on Change Schedule.
- Edit the information that needs to be changed (time, frequency, discount).
- Click Save.
Changing Customer's Schedule from the Customers tab
- From your customers list, select the customer that you need to make changes to.
- From the customer's profile, select the schedule that you need to change.
- You can either:
- A. Change Schedule - if you only need to change the date and/or time of the booking or
- B. Edit Recurring Item - then click on Change Schedule if you need to change the frequency of your customer's booking (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)
- Don't forget to click on Save.
