How to Change Abandoned Cart Emails and Settings

To change abandoned cart emails and settings, log in to your backend.
On the left bar, click "Abandoned Cart" > "Settings."




You can find Abandoned Cart Settings on the top right of the abandoned cart tab.
There are 2 sections on the Abandoned Cart Settings.


1. General

Allows you to enable/ disable auto emails to be sent out whenever one of these leads is received and change the time frame after the system determines that a customer most likely closed the tab without booking.




Email Scheduling

Here is where you can change abandoned cart emails. You can find 3 editable email templates here and set a time after each email is sent out.




By clicking 1 template, you can change your existing abandoned cart email. You can change the content of the email, including:

  • Subject
  • Title
  • Top Message
  • Bottom Message




Note: Every time you make a change in each section or template, do not forget to click the "SAVE" button.
