How to Set Up My Schedule

To set up your schedule, log in to your backend.

On the left bar, click “Scheduling”.



  1. General Settings Tab - is where you can set your availability, minimum booking notice, maximum advance booking and max recurring booking window. To edit your start and end time, hover your mouse to the specific day of the week and then click Edit. Don't forget to hit Save after making your changes.

  1. Time Slots Tab - this is where you can set your time slots or arrival windows (time frame during which you will arrive). This is also the time that blocks off on your calendar. Max Bookings option is what prevents double booking (set this up with the number of teams you have).

  1. Blocked Times Tab - this is where you can add your vacation or any time you'll be unavailable so it will be blocked off for booking. To blocked off a day or time, click on +Block Off Time, choose the date and time and click Save. Put a check on Make Recurring to make the blocked off time as recurring.

  1. Linked Calendars Tab - is where your can link your Google calendar. Click on Connect button to link your calendar. Your bookings will be push to your Google calendar. Note: A Google calendar should be linked first to be able to assign jobs to your team members.
