Hot to Edit Email Preferences

To edit email preferences, log in to your backend.

  1. On the left bar, click “Administration” > "Settings".

  1. Click on Emailing.

  1. By default, our system sends out three email notifications to customers.
    1. New Booking Email - will be sent out once customer successfully booked your services.
    2. Booking Reminder Email - will be sent out 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
    3. Payment Receipt Email - will be sent out once you charged the customer.
  2. Order Notification Email - this will be sent to you once a customer books your services. 

  1. To edit an email template, click on the button "View/Edit Email". 
  2. A pop-up box will appear. From here, you can edit the following:
    1. Subject of the Email
    2. Title of the Email
    3. Top Message
    4. Bottom Message

  1. Don't forget to hit Save once you're done.
