1. Click "Add New Service"
2. Fill in the details.
- Service Name
- Amount
- Description (Optional)
- Select an Icon
- Quantity Based (if needed)
3. To confirm if you manage to add "Extra Service."
- Go to your booking page.
- Scroll down and check "Select Your Extras".
1. Go to "Actions," > "Edit" or "Delete."
2. Modify or add details you want.
Quantity is used for the "Extras" service that needs an amount to book.
For example:
You add to your "Extras" Pet Treatment with a charge for a treatment per room.
So, you will need to set a quantity with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10.Then every customer booking a room cleaning with pet treatment can indicate how many rooms they wish to add for pet treatment.When customers select a quantity, know that it will multiply from your base amount for the said Extras.
For example:
Your price for Pet Treatment for each room is $27, and the customer wishes to add it for the three rooms they book.
Then it will be $27 (pet treatment price per room)x 3 rooms = $81.That will be the total price of the customer add-on service for that specific "Extras" and an additional fee on top of the main service charge.
There are two uses of Extras:
- Global Extras
- Associated with Specific Service
Difference:Global Extras is an outer "Extras" or "Add-ons" service that adds to the overall booking or will apply to all services that the customer book.
Associated with Specific Service in an inner "Extras" or "Add-ons" link to a specific service. It only applies to the said service, and there's no effect on the other services. You will also need to link your "Extras" or "Add-ons" to associate them with the service it needs.
Go to "Services" > "Configure Service" >"Actions" > "Edit"
- Choose the service you want to edit.
- At the right part of the service, click the button "+ Link Extra Service."
- Choose what you wish to link and save it.
