Step 1: Confirm the Job
  1. Make sure that you have a team that can do the job at the date, time and location that the customer requested/booked.
  2. Once a booking is successful, our system will automatically sends an email to your customer to let them know you have received their booking. However, it is still best to confirm that everything is good to go by either calling or texting your customer.
Step 2: Assign the Team for the Booking
  1. Assign your team to the job, to do this, log in to your backend.
  2. On the left bar, click on "Bookings".

  1. Select the booking, go to Assignments section and click on "Add" button to assign the booking to one of your teams.
Note: Make sure to add your team first in your backend.

Step 3: Put the Customer's Credit Card on Hold
  1. The night before the booking is the good time to put the customer's card on hold. This pre-authorizes the card and lets you know that the card has funds available to cover your payment. To do this, go to the booking, on the Summary section, click on "Authorize Charge" button. If the card is declined, you will need to call the customer to get a new card.

Step 4: Charge the Credit Card
  1. This can be done anytime after the service is completed. If you need to add additional services or increase/decrease the price of the booking, you may do so before charging the card. To do this, go to the Summary section of the booking, click on "Complete & Charge" button.
