How to Set a Minimum Booking Notice?

If you don't want your customers to book last-minute appointments, you can set a minimum number of hours/days before the Service time that a booking can be created.

Example: Customers cannot create a booking less than 24 hours before the service time.

To do this, log in to your backend.

  1. On the left bar, click on "Scheduling".


  1. On the General Settings tab, go to Minimum Booking Notice and put in your preference (days or hours). Then, click Save.
