How to Set a Default Frequency When My Customers Access The Booking Form?

Default Frequency - Overview

If you'd like to encourage customers to choose a certain frequency, you can set a specific frequency on your booking form to be chosen by default when the form loads.

To do this, log in to your backend. 

1. On the left bar, click "Services" and select "Frequencies".
   

1. Click on the edit icon of the frequency that you want to set as a default.
   

1. Enable the frequency as a default by clicking on the checkbox. Then click, Save. 
   

Now when your booking form loads, your default frequency is selected.
