How to Refund a Customer

To issue a refund to your customer, log in to your backend.

  1. On the left bar, click “Bookings”. 

  1. Select the booking that you need to issue a refund to.

  1. On the Summary section, click on Refund button.

  1. A Refund Payment pop-up will appear.
  2. Full Refund - will issue a refund for the full amount of service.
  3. Partial Refund - will refund a partial amount. Please enter the amount of refund.
  4. Refund Reason - choose from the drop down the reason why you are issuing a refund (duplicate, fraudulent, requested by customer or other).
  5. Refund Note - your notes about the refund. 
  6. Click Refund button to process the refund.


How would I know if the refund has been processed?
  1. On the Summary section, a Refund line item is now added.

  1. Or go to Payment History section.
