To charge your customer, log in to your backend.
- On the left bar, click “Bookings”.
- Select the booking that you need to charge.
Note: Before charging the customer, you will need to "Authorize" the charge first. This feature allows you to check if there's enough funds on your customer's card.
- On the Summary section, click on Authorize Charge.
- You'd know that it's successful if the button has changed to "Complete & Charge". Also, an authorized stamp will be available on the Payment History section.
- Click "Complete & Charge" button to charge your customer.
- Charged stamp is now available on the Payment History section, indicating that the charge is successful.
