How to Charge a Customer

To charge your customer, log in to your backend.

  1. On the left bar, click “Bookings”. 

  1. Select the booking that you need to charge.


Note: Before charging the customer, you will need to "Authorize" the charge first. This feature allows you to check if there's enough funds on your customer's card.
  1. On the Summary section, click on Authorize Charge.

  1. You'd know that it's successful if the button has changed to "Complete & Charge". Also, an authorized stamp will be available on the Payment History section.


  1. Click "Complete & Charge" button to charge your customer.

  1. Charged stamp is now available on the Payment History section, indicating that the charge is successful.
